A. Auto Accidents

Most of us believe we are safe drivers. But you can be involved in a traffic accident whether it is a minor fender bender or a serious accident. Then what? To help you through this situation, we have prepared the following information:

1. Stop at Once
Report the accident to the police and call medical assistance if needed.

2. Obtains the names, addresses and telephone numbers of any injured persons, the owners of any damaged property and witnesses.

3. If another vehicle is involved in the accident, obtain the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the driver and owner of the vehicle. Also obtain the make, model, license number and insurance company of the vehicle(s).

4. Do not accept fault for the accident. Only discuss the facts of the accident with the police or a representative of your insurance company.

B. Property Damage Claims(ie. fire, wind, theft, etc):

1. Call the appropriate authorities as soon as possible.

2. Report the incident to us as soon as possible. (262-473-3930) Minor claims can usually wait until normal business hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. SERIOUS LOSSES DURING NON BUSINESS HOURS:

3. Every effort should be made to protect your property from further damage. (ie. removing contents to temporary storage, covering to protect from further water damage, boarding up the windows in the event of fire or wind, etc) All of these expenses will be covered as part of the claim.
